My daughter is currently on deferred adjudicatin for a speeding ticket. We received a photo ticket in the mail today of her car running a red light.

Question Details: Will this ticket be on her record or affect her deferred adjudication?? Will it go on my record or affect my insurance premiums since the car is in my name??

The ticket won't be on your record but unless you can get the ticket cleared without a conviction (i..e, pay a fine and traffic school), the deferred adjudication is really a conviction first then a dismissal.  So, in essence, your insurance may go up, and the insurance can either raise her insurance as well or depending on your policy, cancel her altogether.

Check in with the court clerk and see what can possibly be done.  Usually making friends with the clerk will help you in the long run.
