I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  the mother of the pregnant daughter does not have standing to fight for her daughter's rights.  the daughter should obtain a lawyer to seek child support payments.  the baby's daddy however, has the right to see his child so there will need to be some kind of visitation set up.  if you cannot resolve that issue on your own seek a court to help you on this as well as child support.
