What are a a child's inheritance rights if their father died unmarried and without a Will?

My dad owned a house; he lived with a woman but they were never married and she isn't on deed.

Sorry to hear about your father.

Intestate is dying without a Will.  The rules of intestate succession determine inheritance.  If there is no surviving spouse, your father's estate goes to his children and would be divided equally among the surviving children.  If a child has died, that child's share of the estate would be divided among his/her children (your father's grandchildren).
