My credit union bank, repossessed my paid car, because a have a credit card debt with them..can they do that?.
Question Details: I am unemployed and behind on my credit card loan plus another loan , I told my credit union bank , located in TX ,that I will paid $200 every other week with my unemployment ck, I also told them that I was going to borrow $300 from A friend in order to show my goodwill to pay, but even though they came and took my car from home, now they want to have my credit card balance and my loan to be paid in full with in 10 days....can they do that?
