My business in Dad's home. Fire destroys both. Dad gets paid for my loss, & refusues to pay me, then ....What are my rights, & WHO do I take to court?

Question Details: I lived with dad. With his permission, I got my "out of home" business license. (He had to sign something with the city for this.)Fire destroys both. Insurance people come, & make note of his losses, & mine for personal, & business. He was told he'd get a $10,000 check ASAP, for necessities we'd need, & to cover needed losses for my business, sothere would not be any "business time loss". I never saw a penny! Now right before the house is ready to move in, dad kicks me out. Dad gets paid for my loss, & refusues to pay me, then ....What are my rights, & WHO do I take to court?
