You need to consult with family law attorney in your area right away and question the use of the Unlawful Detainer Action (if that's what you received). This is a Family Law matter.

Normally, all courthouses have staff or volunteer attorneys who can offer free legal help in your situation. Also, as far as your possessions are concerned, if you need anything immediately, try to go to the police and explain them your situation. They should be able to escort you to the house, so that you can collect your and the child's possessions. They will also give you the address/telephone number for a shelter, if you need one.

You need a lawyer, and you need one right away.  Find shelter for yourself and your child, then find help.
