My atm was stolen by my daughter
Question Details: I was told by officers to go to small claims court. She has no money and no job. She is homeless. What would be the purpose in doing this.

If there is no way for you to collect the money that your daughter stole from you, then there is really nothing that you can do about it. Even if you get a small claims judgment against her, you can't collect anything from her.
