What to do if my brother took financil advantage of our elderly mother?

Question Details: My 40 year old unemployed brother (living with my mother) has signature authority on my mother's bank accounts. I just learned that he has emptied all of her bank accounts with his signature on checks that my mother did not authorize. My mother is alive, retired (age 80), in fair health, and living in her home. Do I have any legal recourse?
