Motion for Summary Judgment/Notice of Hearing
Question Details: Florida: Motion for Sum Judgment filed 12/8/08. Notice of Hearing on Certificate of Service states date served 5/28/09, but postmarked 8/27/09, scheduling hearing for 9/15/09. I thought the Notice of Hearing was required to give 45 days from date of Notice to Time of Hearing. Can I object for insufficient notice?
