I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  This a serious matter, especially if your disability is on the line.  However, I am not sure whether you can lose your disability as a result of a misdemeanor.  I suggest that you hire a lawyer to represent you in the criminal matter and ask that he first look into the issue of whether you can lose the disability for a conviction of disorderly conduct.  most lawyers will meet with you intially for free and quote you a fee.
