Is a police report required to file an insurance claim for a minor accident?
Question Details:
My wife was in a minor car accident in a local restaurant parking lot. Only minor damages occurred, paint scuffs. The police were not called as we had no way to contact the owner. Is a police report required in order for an insurance claim to be made.
