LL Bean Slipers

Question Details: I rec'd a pair of LL Bean slippers for Christmas 2yrs ago. After time from wearing the slippers the sole become hard and slippery, due to this I have fallen 2x after x-mas lst year and injured my back, and have been liting w/ the pain Because our Health cov. has a huge deductible and I have kids, so of course they come first. But the pain is at time that you can't breath. What do I do? Is there something I can do? where to go from here?
