Wills, Trusts, Probate Law Answers

It depends on what your underlying arguments are since there are different limitations for different causes  of action. If, for example, your claim disputing a living will is based on fraud, then the statute of limitations is 2 years in Virginia. If you are claiming an injury to personal property, the statute of limitations is 5 years.

However, the best advice is to consult a lawyer in your area who is experienced with trusts and living wills as soon as possible to avoid having your claim barred by the statute of limitations. Furthermore, the lawyer can review your case and determine all of your legal options.
