Question Details: My husband had a bottle of hydrocodone stolen from our house recently and he just found out that a friend was arrested for possession of marijuana and several bottles of prescription drugs. Could my husband be in trouble if one of those bottles was his?

No. Your husband was a victim of a crime. If anything, he is a witness against his friend.
Note, as long as he did not give the drugs to his friend he has nothing to worry about.
