lawsuit against McDonalds?

Question Details: I just bought chicken nuggets from McDonalds, got them home, got a little half through and realized that one i had just bitten was raw. Two out of the four left were raw. I have not gotten sick yet as this was just a few minutes ago. Is there a leg to stand on, is there a lawsuit here?

You have a claim for negligence against McDonald's.  Prior to filing a lawsuit, you should contact McDonald's and try to resolve the matter with their insurance carrier.  If the case can't be settled with the insurance carrier, you could proceed with a lawsuit.  However, unless you prove that you became ill due to eating the raw chicken nuggets, your claim may result in a negligible amount of compensation if anything.  If unfortunately you do become ill due to this incident, you should document your illness with medical records, medical bills, and lost wages.  You should also save the raw chicken nuggets as evidence.
