The lease that you currently have in place is a contract that the successor owner (new owner) is obligated under law to honor and obey its terms.  Indeed, one of the documents that is transferred by the old owner to the new owner is an assignment of lease.  this means that the new landlord is standing in the shoes of the old landlord.  the lease therefore, controlls when you must move out.  if the lease term expires soon and there is nothing in the lease that provides you with the right to exercise an option to extend the lease or buy the property, the new owner may choose to not renew the lease thereby forcing you to have to move regardless of your disability.
