Kansas Quick Lube destroyed my engine
Question Details: They did an oil change and forgot to put in the the plug back therefore locked my engine up.... Are they required to put a brand new engine or just a any engine.What are my rights and incentives that they owe me..

Ordinarily, someone guilty of negligence has to put the injured party back in the same position they would have been absent the negligence. Has Quick Lube accepted liability? If not, do you have a competent mechanic able to state that this negligence was the cause of the seizure? Do you have receipts?
