I am assuming you mean "can the creditor take your home or only vehicle." The person or company who owes the money is called the debtor. The person who is collecting the money or is owed the money is called the creditor. When a creditor gets a judgment, they are sometimes referred to as a judgment creditor.

In general, a judgment creditor cannot seize a person's homestead or their vehicle in Texas. Of course, a home lender can foreclose and a car lender can repossess.
