Can you be fired from a job due to a disability?

Discrimination against the disabled is illegal. Note: if your disability prevented  you from doing the job, including with reasonable accomodations, that would be a different matter; a business does not need to employ someone for a job they can't do.

However, assuming that it was not the case that you could not do the job, including with some reasonable accomodations, you could contact both the state and federal labor departments to file a claim; you could also retain your own attorney and bring a lawsuit.
