Japanese CPA online tutoring course offered State University partnership academic credits but went bankrupt. Can I still have my course credit?
Question Details:
Japanese CPA tutoring school went bankrupt in 2006. The school offered academic credits by partnering with Montana State University. They offered necessary credits is taking online course and test. I paid $7000 (involved all credit recognition fee). A couple of announcements were made through emails and web but I lived overseas and was not aware. University announced expiration of support in 2008...and rejecting me to take test and grant credits. How can I convince university to grant credits?
Oh this is one of those things wherein you need to involve a lawyer (try www.attorneypages.com and look for one in education law or try legal aid), and then the lawyer will need to meet with the state's dept of education, possible politicians and the university itself?

Are you a lawyer?
