Question Details: i was traveling straight down a residential street when a driver mad a left turn from a adjoining side street i didn't have enuff time or space to swerve she turned into me we hit head on,its ben 4 weeks and the insurance company on her insurance contacted me but they said that the claim status is not liable what do i do ,my bike is unrideable and i need it fixed.
