Item found from a previous home owners insurance claim.

Question Details: If I paid for replacement cost insurance and the insurance company pays a total depreciated settlement, when an item is recovered from that claim, do I have a claim to the item recovered?

What you think you paid for and what is stated in the insurance policy may be two different things.  You need to read the insurance policy to see how claims are paid.
