Probably not, unless you are very-newlyweds.  You have to tell the insurance company about every licensed driver in your household, and if you are not going to pay the premium to insure those drivers for your car or cars, you have to show that those drivers have their own insurance (company and policy number usually does it).  There might be a grace period, when you get coverage right after your spouse moves in, but that's no more than 30 days.

If your spouse has their own insurance, and just very occasionally drives your car, your policy might provide coverage, if the spouse's doesn't.
