is this neglect on my ex-wifes part to our son?
Question Details: i lost my job and my ability to provide medical coverage for my son . my ex has since re-married and her new husband has medical coverage , his plan is a family plan , i recently found out that my ex can put our son on her new husbands medical plan for free at no cost to either me or her , my ex has approached me and said she would put our son on her new husbands medical if i agree to pay her $200 a month if i dont pay she wont put him on the new husband medical.
