Is this legal and what can I do about it?
My boyfriend was evicted from some apartments when he moved away and left the apartment. i was there alot but did not live there. I still have my house on the other side of town. My babysitter and some friends still live in those apartments. Everytime I go over there I am followed my management. Yesterday they blocked me in and asked which apt I lived in I told them none. The said they where told I was living there. I repeated that I had a house on the southwest. That they must have me confused. Yes I am over there everyday. That is where my babysitter is. They gave me a verbale criminal tresp

You need to have the babysitter let them know that you have permission to be there.  Otherwise, you could be arrested for trespassing.
