Is this a good deal? What will CA do? Will they find out?
Question Details: Arrested in Illinois for DUI have CA drivers license; been offered a guilty plea deal of 2 years supervision; fines; no suspension of license and no classes and the supervision isnon-reporting. If my license is not suspended will california suspend my license and make me take classes anyway?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. Generally, the DMV in both states will talk to one another. the order in IL will apply equally to CA. CA will not take additional action that is inconsistent with IL.
