Is there any way for me to take her to court or force her so she can sign the documents?
Question Details: I cosigned a car loan for an exfriend and now i want to remove my name from the title but she doesn't want that to happen. Problem is I do not have any of her information except a cell phone number which she refuses to pick up, knowing that it is about the title.

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law. the decision to remove your name as co-signor is up to the lender. you are liable to the lender for the full balance of the loan if your ex fails to pay. i am not sure you knew what you were getting yourself into. if you want to get removed from the obligation, the loan needs to be repaid in full.
