Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - Texas

Asked on 11/4/2009

Is there a waiting period for divorce in Texas?

We were separated in LA but did some reconciliation during the 180 days waiting period. If the divorce is not finalized in LA because of that and now that I live in TX for the last three months, can I re-file in TX? Is there a waiting period?
