Question: Divorce, Marriage, Alimony - Michigan

Is there a time limit to when you can get an annulment in Michigan?
My daughter got married September 12, 2009 and is having problems already. Most problems stim from financial difficulties. She is already calling up family members for money.

Annulments generally have to be based on fraud. Absentt that ,she's looking at getting a divorce, although the costs are about the same. If you need more info please feel free to call at (586) 268-2400
