Is there anything that I can do to be able to live with my mom when my dad has temporary custody of me?

Question Details:

My mom and dad are separated and I lived with my mom, who I love, until the court date. My dad got temporary custody of me and I hate him. He is very mean and calls me a **** and used to be mean to my mom. Also, I found pictures of my friends in bathing suits on his computer and I always feel like he is watching me. He puts my life threw **** everyday and I want to know is there anything that I can do to live with my mom before the divorce? We can't call DR because they will also start an investigation on my mom who has a bad record.

The court should appoint a guardian ad litem, who is supposed to represent your interrests in court as to where you should be living - i.e. with your mother or with your father.  i suggest that you atend court and have your mother make a motion to have you live with her on the grounds that your dad is not fit to hve custody of you and you are not living in a good environment.  thecourt is going to do what is in the best interests of you, the child.  if you go forward with a hearing as to who is the most fit parent, your mom's record will be at issue.  you wil have to testify and the court will have to make a decision as to which is the best place for you.  i suggest that your mom hire a lawyer for court to advance her interests.
