She is not entitled to pain and suffering nor is she entitled to loss of future employment.  If there was a claim for back wages or properrty damages or loss of consortium, she may be entitled to a portion of that.  You should consult with an attorney about this matter.

I am not admitted in Kentucky.  Generally, proceeds from a personal injury action are not marital property for distribution in a divorce.  If part of the settlement is for her claim of loss of services then she is entitles to that.

Check with your divorce lawyer for sure.
