Is my 2nd wife entitled to 1/2 of the house?
Question Details: I think my ND wife is filing for divorce. I bought out my ST wife from my house and my question is I am the only person on the loan.

If the house was purchased during your marriage to this spouse, she can make a claim for a portion of the equity. In Indiana, property division starts at 50-50; if either spouse can show that the other should not be entitled to any portion or < 50%, the burden is on that first spouse. Does not matter whether the spouse is on the title or on the mortgage.
