Question Details: The minimum sentence for my offense is 90 days i was sentenced to 180 days.

There is a reason that the court sentenced you to 180 days instead of the minimum. Unless you can prove an extreme hardship of some kind, you should count on serving your full sentence. This applies whether or not you have an attoreny.
