Is a used car dealer responsible for an extended warranty if the buyers signed a contract that had nothing about warranty written in it?

Normally, there is a seperate warranty agreement and the warranty company is liable for coverage provided by the extended warranty.  If you have a warranty claim, read the warranty agreement carefully and follow the procedure to make a claim.  If you are denied coverage you will need to contact an attorney.
