Personal Injury Law Answers

Although I do not practice law in the State of Tennessee, here are my initial impressions.  The general rule is that polygraph tests are not admissible in court.  However, the bigger question here is why, in a personal injury case, did anyone even go to the trouble of taking a polygraph test? In any event, if you are bringing a personal injury case to trial, you should really hire an attorney to address these, and many other, questions that are bound to arise at trial.  Good luck.
