Is a gym responsible for sneakers stolen from my locker?
Question Details: My locker was locked but pulled open when I came back from working out.
Under the laws of all states in this country, the gymnasium is not responsible for the loss of your sneakers that were stolen from your locker when you were working out so long as the locker was locked by you and had the ability to be locked.
