I'm not a therapist, but from a legal standpoint, you should know that Colorado is an "equitable division" state, meaning that the judge will determine what is fair based on the length of the marriage, who owned the asset prior to the marriage, whether it has gained value during the marriage, etc.  If you have kids, there is no custody award per se in Colorado.  Parents are each entitled to parenting rights and responsibilities.  Some other things to think about:Do you have a job?  Can you support yourself?  Do you have young children?  What would be in their best interest?  Do you want the opportunity to form a new relationship with someone you can trust?  Are you miserable?  From a personal standpoint, if it was me and I could afford it, I'd get out.
