Is a contract still valid if only one party keeps a signed copy?
Question Details: For example, I signed a record deal and the record company has a copy of the contract with my signature and their signature. They gave me a copy of the contract but didn't sign anything on it, nor did they ever say they would provide me with a signed copy. Is this legal?

In short, yes this is legal. It would have been binding on you even if there was only one copy and it only had your signature and not theirs. Sounds like you have to live with it.
Best of luck.
