The Uniform Trust Code (or prior law for older trusts) states when and what a beneficiary is entitled to see.  I believe this includes an annual accounting of income & expenses which is generally done at the end of the accounting period selected by the trust (i.e. at the end of Dec for a calendar year trust).  The specific answer requires the input of a probate attorney of course.
