How long to file lawsuit?

Is 3 years to late to file a medical wrongful death suit in Mississippi?

The time in which you have to bring a suit is called the "Statute of Limitations".  In Mississippi, you have 3 years from the date of death to file a wrongful death suit in the case of negligence.
