insurance billing

Question Details: if i give the E.R./hospital all my insurance info and they do not bill in a timely manner and my insurance denies payment, is the bill my responsibility? or am i still just responsible for my copay and 20%?

Insurance Law Law Answers

By "denies payment", I assume you mean denies coverage.  If the insurance company denies coverage, you may be able to appeal the denial of coverage pursuant to the procedures for appeals in the insurance policy.
