Do Income Taxes need to be current to file for a divorce in the state of Arkansas?

Income taxes need to be current to file a divorce in any state.  There are several reprecussions that divorce has on income taxes.  Income taxes that are behind will be treated like a debt and split upon divorce.  If I can be of any assistance, please give me a call.
