In the state of Indiana. If offered a job for less wages, am I required to take it. If I do is the difference made up by unemployment.

Unemployment does not make up the difference in wages between a higher-paid and lower-paid position. And if you have an opportunity to take it, you must--or else you would not be able to collect unemployment. (Within reason--you are not required to take dangerous jobs or jobs that require unreasonable commutes or travel.)
