If one spouse leaves the marital home, is the other spouse responsible for all bills?

I am so sorry for your situation.  The answer here is no, the spouse that leaves is still responsible for the debts and liabilities of the marriage which are rent, mortgage, bills, etc.  If the spouse that left refuses to live up to their obligations then you may need to go to court to establish them in an order.  Good luck.
