Question: Wills, Trusts, Probate - Georgia

In probating estate that has no material holdings except a savings account, where and whose signatures goes in notorized ?spots
Was requested to be administrator of mother-in-law's estate. Only descendants are my husband & brother-in-law. Paperwork has been sent back twice as not signed correctly. Do they not sign affirming info? I sign for them in section affirming info is true?

It appears that your state has a small estates statute and that you are trying to follow it.
