Bankruptcy Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  The short answer is yes.  if the creditor wants its money it can file a foreclosur action of its lien and ask the court to sell the property and give the creditors ahead of it their money and then it will be paid with whatever is left and the remainder will go to you.  I suggest talking to a lawyer to help negoitate a payoff or deal or find an alternative way to pay off the lien.
