In my marital separation agreement my Ex agreed to pay for our children's private school and no is refusing to. What should I do?

Question Details: My ex agreed to pay for the kids private education and now is refusing to and he wants to lower the child support he gives me. He makes less money then he did when we separated. I didn't use the disamaster to figure the child support, if I did he would have been paying more. What do I have to do to enforce the court order?

Generally, the court has to follow guideline support should he seek a modification. Until he files for a modification, he remains bound by current court orders and you may have an array of enforcement methods available to you.
