I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  I am not sure of your question.  just because a person has dimentia does not make them ineligible for being an beneficiary for a life insurance policy as they can have a power of atty or care taker that has rights to manage the proceeds.  I suggest re-asking your question unelss i have answered it.
