Im making payments on my hospital bill, but they are still telling me that they are sending me to collection since im not sending them the full amount

This is not a medical malpractice claim.  If you believe the hospital is engaging in unfair debt collection practices, I suggest you contact a consumer law attorney in Texas.  You may also want to read about the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.  It is on the Internet.
