Im divorced from my husband and he keeps calling my daughter threating to put my son out and threating me. what should i do

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  It seems that your ex is not a very fit individual to take care of your son.  i suggest that you tell your ex in writing through your lawyer that his conduct is considered unlawful and that you will file a criminal complaint if the harrassment continues.  Furthermore, you want to advise him that you intend to seek the court's permission to remove your son from the house and he wil stay with you.  do not wait on this.  call a lawyer tomorrow.
